SHIPMENT, DELIVERY AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our products can only be shipped within European Union member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
The Products purchased, which always travel at the sole risk of the recipient, will be shipped from Earringsmania to the address specified by the customer during ordering .
The goods are checked and packed carefully. The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product, and that the packaging is not damaged or wet.
Any damage due to transport or inconsistencies related to the number of packages must be immediately reported to the carrier.
Once signed the document courier delivery, the customer can not make claims about the appearance of the goods.
Any report of defective goods or irrelevant to the order, will be sent within 7 days of receipt. After that time, we do not accept claims or returns.
The processing times are approximately 7 days for standard products and shipments made on the Italian territory, and about 15 days for the custom products and for all the products where it is not marked " available in 7 days ".
No responsibility can be attributed to Earringsmania for delays or non delivery due to the Italian Post Office or Courier and / or due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
The shipping and delivery expenses are charged entirely to the customer (unless expressly stated) and are listed in section SHIPPING TERMS.
The payment for the products purchased and the shipping charges must be paid by the customer prior to processing the order; orders placed through the website can be paid via PAYPAL, Postepay, or bank transfer (Rudy Milan, postal cc n° IT92B0760114600001040098368, conto corrente BancoPOSTA, Rieti office)
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only when the amount due is credited on Earringsmania account, which must be occur within 3 business days of order.
Beyond this deadline, the order will be canceled.

RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN POLICY
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 , the Customer (if it qualifies as a "consumer") has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The foregoing right of withdrawal, must be exercised by the customer, otherwise forfeiture, by registered letter to be sent to Earringsmania, Via Villa Pepoli snc, 02033 Monteleone Sabino (RI) - Italy within 14 ( fourteen ) days of receipt of the Products.
Returned products must be undamaged and in their original packaging .
There will be not accepted parcels on delivery.
, in the shortest possible time and, after receipt and verification of the integrity of products returned, will return the sums paid by the customer (as indicated on the invoice excluding delivery charges) .
This payment will be made by the bank issuing the used credit card or on the bank account specified by the customer.
The costs of returning the product to Earringsmania are charged to the customer.
Earringsmania reject any product in the event that:
1 . The product is not packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories and other items contained in the package source;
2 . Not been complied with in the manner and time prescribed by law to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Taking charge from our warehouse by the courier is usually within 7 days of the order, excluding custom products to order and where not indicated "available in 7 days ".
Address corrections + undeliverable packages
If we receive a shipment back due to an incorrect address entered by you, you will be charged for the cost to re-ship the package. If there is a charge by the carrier to return the package to us, you will also be charged for the cost of the return. If you choose to cancel the order for non-delivery due to an incorrect address entered by you, you agree that the charge for original shipping and return costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount. If a package is returned due to an error on our part, we will reship the package at no cost to you.
